  • Mexican pork loin meat ... 250 g
  • Mexican pork · rose meat ... 250 g
  • Sake ... a little
  • Mixed soy sauce ... a little
  • Kelp ... a bit
  • Corn starch (also potato starch can be used) ... a little

【salad】

  • Pink Rossa (a kind of lettuce) ... 1/2 pieces
  • Chicory ... 1/2 pieces
  • Trevis ... 1/10 pieces

  • Broccoli ... 40 g

  • Vinegar ... 150 cc
  • Snow cooked soy sauce ... 230 cc

How to make

  1. Slice roast meat and loose meat for shave shabs.
