Miso pickled loin salad tailoring

Material (4 servings):

  • Mexican pork loin meat ... 2 pieces cut into 100 g
  • Your favorite Salad vegetables (Rucola, Mizuna, Salt Spinach etc)
  • (A) red miso, white lemon (red: white = 2: 1)
  • (B) Dressing white balsamic ... 50 cc, olive oil ... 100 cc, salt ... a little

How to make

Immerse the cut Mexican pork for about 3 hours in (A)

(1) Lightly washed with water, then drain well and steam it with a steamer for 5 to 7 minutes

Steam and slice it, then add your favorite salad vegetables and (B) dressing
