MISO SAUCE LOIN SALAD TAILORING

Material (4 servings):

Mexican pork loin meat - 2 pieces cut into 100 g

Your choice of salad vegetables
(arugula, mizuna, eaten raw spinach etc)
(A) Red miso, white miso (red: white = 2: keep fit at the rate of 1)
(B) Dressing: white balsamic - 50cc, olive oil - 100cc, salt - a little

How to make
