RICER soon to open export-specialized new area
As of December 2017, a new area is under construction in RICER Plant. Its focus will be entirely on Export Products, for which its structures, flooring and lighting are being carefully designed and built to meet the highest international standards. As with most of the company’s installations, its new equipment and machinery will be cutting edge, in order to produce value-added products entirely for Exports.
RICER has grown quickly since the establishment of its Slaughterhouse in 2014, for which it obtained the Federal Inspection Type (TIF, for its initials in Spanish) Certification in 2015. It opened its Cutting Room less than a year later, and subsequently received the TIF Certification in 2017, which allowed for the company to begin exports that same year, quickly positioning its products as high quality items with high focus on specifications compliance.
The new area is planned to be 100% functional in September 2018. Its products may currently reach the Japanese market, though the company plans to expand its reach to Korean, Chinese and American markets soon.
