Pork Cutlet Of Mexican Pork
Material (4 servings):
- Mexican pork loin meat ... 400 g
- Eggs ... 1 piece
- Bread crumbs ... appropriate amount
- Miso, soy sauce, mirin, sesame
- Daikonori, soy sauce ponzu
How to make
- Cut the loin meat thickly. The thickness is about 2 cm as a guide.
- Dissolve the eggs, add flaked powder to (1), and evenly crumb bread crumbs.
- Fry (2) with oil of 180 degrees.
