  • Mirin ... 75 g
  • Mixed soy sauce ... 75 g
  • Japanese sake ... 50 g
  • Garlic ... 5 g
  • Carrots ... 25 g
  • Onion 35g
  • Ginger ... 15 g
  • White onions ... 15 g

How to make

  1. Back spare ribs cut along the bone and soak in Teriyakisu all day and night.
  2. (1) is baked for about 10 minutes in an oven range of 180 degrees.
